Human Resource Officer

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates including posting, sourcing, screening, scoring, scheduling
  • Handle offering, negotiation, and induction for new employees
  • Maintain, developing personal administration (input data, updating, and filing)
  • Make attendance calculation, overtime, leave, sick, permit, and other administration duties
  • Reporting to HR Manager every month about productivity and recruitment process



  • Maximum age 32 years old
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management SDM, or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Having experience to handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, scoring)
  • Able to make good relation to all departments and handle day to day HR operation
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Mature, honest, discipline, good attitude, hard working, and can work under pressure
  • Can join as soon as possible
  • Preferably staff (non-management and non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Placement: Jakarta
